About this position

Do you love storytelling, world-building, and exploring new cities? Destplore is looking for a Content Creator – Story & Game Design to help us expand our library of immersive puzzle adventures worldwide. Your main responsibility will be to create new storylines, puzzles, and game content for different cities—with clear guidance, frameworks, and support from our core team. This role blends creativity, research, and light game design to bring memorable real-world adventures to life.

What You'll Gain

• Earn VND 2,000,000 per game after successfully publishing a new Destplore adventure.
• Earn 30% commission on any purchases from your created game
   (typically equivalent to $200–$1,000 USD per year, depending on performance).
• Receive training and mentorship directly from Destplore’s world-class co-founders with past experience in Uber, Amazon.

What you'll do

• Develop engaging storylines, characters, and narratives tailored to specific cities around the world.
• Create puzzle ideas, clues, and challenge sequences that align with local culture, history, and neighborhood features.
• Research landmarks, neighborhoods, and hidden gems to inspire authentic game content.
• Collaborate closely with Destplore’s core team to follow our storytelling framework and design guidelines.
• Write in-app content including mission intros, riddle descriptions, scene dialogue, and location-based narrative.
• Prototype and refine game flows to ensure clarity, fun, and immersion.
